How We Build Your House

We will ensure that the materials used and the prices we pay always obtain the best value for money for our customers, at all stages of the building process.

The architectural planning is based upon traditional designs and detail. The material choices are based upon original traditional ones, e.g. all stones are from the surrounding plot area for better environmental integration. Here's a full description of the construction materials:

FRAME
  • Reinforced Concrete foundation, columns, base, floors with C16-20 (ISO 9002) extra strong cement and iron bars S500.
  • Complete Anti-seismic study for the foundation which is constructed as Unified blocks using the C-190 type of cement.
  • Unique Concrete Quality Warranty
WALLS
  • Exterior Walls will be a double-layer cavity brick construction with double reinforced ring beam.
  • The cavity gap is appr.9cm width with 3cm highest quality polystyrene panels - DOW.
  • Interior walls will be with single brick and single reinforced ring beam.
INSULATION
  • External walls will be insulated with 3cm.high quality polystyrene panels – DOW.
  • The external columns will be with 3cm.polystyrene, such as the flat concrete terraces.
  • Within the pitched roofs the insulation is 3 cm. polystyrene panels and a waterproof membrane.
PLASTER
  • Exterior and Interior walls will be plastered with 3 layers of high quality gypsum plaster.
PAINT
  • External walls will be painted with waterproof acrylic paint (3 coats).
  • Internal walls-ceilings will be painted with appropriate high quality paint.
TILING
  • All floors and bathroom walls will be tiled, with Italian or Spanish ceramic tiles verandas.
  • Exterior pathways will be tilled with non-slip ceramic tiles or natural stones.

Constant control checks are made to ensure the quality level of the structure, electrical lines & systems, drainage and surroundings.

WINDOWS AND DOOR FRAMES

  • Outdoor: aluminum double glazed windows – doors, roller shutters, insect screens.
  • Marble thresholds.
  • Indoor: pressed wood.

KITCHEN

  • Base and wall cupboards coated with melamine finish or MDF veneer.
  • Inbox sink-tap and kitchen hood is included.

BATHROOMS

  • Sanitary ware and bathroom fittings such as mirror, toilet roll holder, towel rail etc. are standard.
  • A base cabinet with sink 75cm approximately in main bathroom.

PLUMBING SYSTEM

  • Hot water by solar panel/electric/central heating.
  • Construction of a septic tank.
  • Water storage tank-1000ltr.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

  • Electricity will have a 220 volt power supply.
  • Power Points indoor and outdoor.
  • Light points and switches.
  • Telephone sockets.
  • External doorbell.
  • TV aerial.
  • Elecric fuse box.

HEATING

  • Full heating system (boiler, pipes, radiators)

WARDROBES

  • Fitted wardrobes of MDF with veneer or laminate finish in all bedrooms.

EXTRAS - on request

  • Autonomous air-conditioners in all bedrooms and living rooms
  • Underfloor heating
